When you tried to Patch the software with AMTemu, you should choose Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 presets. Then click the Patch button. Afterwards, you will see a new window pop up and requires you to find amtlib.dll in the photoshop folder. C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017. But remember to disable antivirus and windows defender first before patching.
